El Paseo Dog Run

The dog run is maintained by dog owners and users of the space. The community-managed dog run can only exist with the dedication of the dog owners and users respecting the Dog Run Rules and Guidelines. Help maintain the community-managed dog run and general garden on Sundays from 10 am to 2 pm. The area is pretty muddy and will require volunteers to spread woodchips starting in April. Currently the dog run is in the testing phase and has temporary construction fencing until our lot expansion becomes shovel-ready (possibly next year) and the committee is established.

Help keep the dog run active by:

-Picking up dog waste
-Filling holes
-Spreading mulch
-Repairing the fence
-Picking up garbage
-Maintaining the site

Please be aware of the plants in the garden space that may be harmful to dogs. Visit American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) for a list of plants that are toxic to dogs.
