It’s time to get healthy with this Community Fitness Class by Sandra Magana Fitness!

Sandra Magana Fitness is happy to announce an all levels community fitness class at El Paseo Community Garden. The classes will be catered to all fitness levels as well as ages. Each class  will consist of a warm up, interval training (exercising for 30-45 seconds, then taking a 15-20 second rest) and a cool down.  All classes will be bodyweight low intensity, with the option/modifications for higher intensity.

7:00 pm- 7:45 pm

$5 suggested donation. No one gets turned away for lack of funds.
All classes are weather permitting. Contact Sandra Magana for cancellations or information.

What to Bring

No equipment is required except for your water bottle, towel, and mask. However, if you own dumbbells, resistance bands, or a mat it is highly recommended you bring it. 

About the Instructor

Sandra Magana was born and raised in Pilsen and is currently a physical therapy student. She is excited to have the opportunity to work with El Paseo to provide her community the tools they need to accomplish their health goals in a safe, fun and affordable way!

COVID Notes & Guidelines

While the CDC has recommended relaxed guidelines as more people are getting vaccinated, the garden encourages you to wear your mask, or continue maintaining your distance while participating in garden events. If you have questions or concerns, be sure to reach out to Sandra Magana.
